NOTICE OF CYL 81st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
僑青社八十一週年大會通告

Notice is hereby given that the 81st Annual General Meeting of Chinese Youth League of Australia Inc. will be held on 16 August 2020 (Sunday) at 11:00am – 1:00pm at 50 Sixth Avenue, Campsie.
澳洲僑青社將於 2020 年 8 月 16 日上午十一時至下午 1 時在華人服務社大禮堂召開第八十一屆週年大會,特此以告週知。

CYL paid-members are allowed to vote in elections. For those members who haven’t renewed their annual subscription, please renew before the AGM. Thank you!
只有繳納社費的僑青社社員具有選舉權。未繳納社費的社員,儘早繳費,多謝合作。

For those members who would like a copy of the Nomination Form and/or Proxy Form, please download on our website www.cyl.org.au or pick up a hard copy from CYL office.
會員如果需要索取提名表格和/或委任代表表格,請到僑青社辦公室索取或者從僑青社網站 www.cyl.org.au 下載。

The AGM to start promptly at 11:00am, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for seating.
年度大會上午 11 時準時開始,請提前 15 分鐘到會就坐。

– Amendment to nomination of members: Change from Any member can nominate a
new member (irrespective of length of membership) to nomination by Group
leaders and committee only.

會員提名修正案:由任何會員可以提名新成員(無論會員年限長短)變更爲:僅由小組長和

委員會提名。
– Group leaders and committee members can also request committee to terminate
membership if their membership runs counter to CYL Constitution.
如果有會員違反僑青社章程,小組長和管理委員會委員和小組長均可以要

求委員會終止其會員資格
