Yoga is a relaxing form of exercise that brings many benefit to our body and mind. Here just list a few: correct abnormal posture and body distortion; has a message effect on internal and nerve organs; Increase blood flow and hormone secretion; stretch the body inside and outside, add softness; make body stronger, eliminate cellulite, smooth the curve and keep youth forever.
Classes
CYL Yoga classes are taught by Katherine Liu who graduated from Chinese Culture University Department of Chinese Literature,and qualified by Taipei Yoga Instructor Certificate Department of Education; she also had a certificate from Los Angeles Zhenguang Life Science Yoga Study and Research Course. Katherine has a wealth of teaching experience, she had taught at Australian Chinese Community Association from 2003 to 2019. Classes will be conducted in Mandarin and English. We welcome all kinds of people to join our class.
