CYL Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art often practiced for health reasons. It is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons:

  • Demonstration Competitions
  • Longevity

CYL Tai Chi Group practises every week. Currently, there are more than twenty regular members of matured age. The classes are conducted by coacher, Mr Zhou Zhi Lun and supported by Mr Wing Kwok and Chung Wong. The members practise well and provide good peer support to each other. The team will practise the following styles:

  • Simplified 24-Styles
  • 88-Styles
  • 42-Styles
  • 40-Styles Palm Boxing
  • 42-Styles Tai Chi Sword
